We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed. We put care into making sure Unwritten Hour pieces are shown as accurately as possible in size and color on your screen. We provide free shipping on U.S. orders over $100 via USPS Ground, with delivery typically in 4-5 business days. If you’d like your order sooner, you can select a faster shipping method at checkout. All items are in stock and ready to ship.

Every Unwritten Hour clip is 3D printed in resin — a choice that allows us to create in small batches without excess waste. Each piece is then carefully finished by hand, giving it its own unique character.
Because of the handcrafted nature, no two clips are ever exactly alike. Please handle with care.
To preserve the finish, avoid exposure to salt water, chlorine, and harsh cleaning chemicals, as these may cause gradual wear or discoloration. For a gentle refresh, wipe with a soft cloth lightly misted with lens cleaner to safely remove oils and smudges without harming the resin or hardware.

For added peace of mind, we also offer a 365-day warranty for any manufacturing defects discovered after extended use. This covers inherent flaws only and does not apply to damage from misuse. Items damaged beyond this timeframe are not eligible for complimentary replacements.
